A method of modulating KRAS-mediated signaling pathway in a cancer cell, comprising:
- treating the cancer cell with a composition comprising antisense oligonucleotide capable of binding to KRAS mRNA or mutated KRAS mRNA, thereby reducing expression of KRAS mRNA or mutated KRAS mRNA in the cancer cell.
