Abstract
The present invention provides a method for producing a compound represented by formula (2) (in the formula, R1 and Q each represent the same as those in formula (1)), the method comprising causing a chemical reaction between sodium hyposulphite and a compound represented by formula (1) (in the formula, R1 represents a C1-6 alkyl group, Q represents a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted pyridyl group, X represents a halogeno group, and Ra represents a C1-6 alkyl group) in the presence of a base.
Claims3
A method of producing a compound of formula (2), comprising:
- chemically reacting a compound of formula (1) and a sodium hyposulfite in a presence of a base,
- (in the formula (1), R1 is a C1-6 alkyl group, Q is a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted pyridyl group, X is a halogeno group, and Ra is a C1-6 alkyl group),
- (in the formula (2), R1 and Q are identical to R1 and Q in the formula (1), respectively).
A compound of formula (2a1), formula (2a2), or formula (2a3):
- (in the formula (2a1), formula (2a2), or formula (2a3), R1 is a C1-6 alkyl group).
