Phenoxy-acetyl-thioureido-benzenesulfonamide derivatives, and their uses

A compound of formula I:

• Wherein:
• R is H or a C1-C4 alkyl;
• A is NH or CH2;
• Y1 is CH or N;
• Y2 is O, N or CH;
• Z is NH or O;
• G1 is one of the following:
• wherein W is CH, N or O, and wherein R1 and R2, are independently from each other, H, a C1-C2 alkyl, linear or branched, saturated of not, and wherein R2 is missing when W is O;
• wherein W is C or N, R10 is a group chosen from an hydroxyl, an methoxy, and ethoxy, a C1-C2 alkyl, an halogen or a —CF3 group, and R12 is H or ═O or OH;
• wherein W is C or N, and R11 is an amine or a C1-C2 alkyl,
• X1 and X2 are, independently from each other O, NH, N—R9, wherein R9 is a C1-C3 alkyl, linear or branched, a —CN group or a —CF3 group;
• R3 to R7 are, independently from each other, H or a functional group from the list consisting of fluoro, chloro, bromo, nitro, cyano, amino, amino alkyl such as amino methyl and amino ethyl, methyl, hydroxylmethyl, trifluoromethyl, methoxy, trifluoromethyloxy, ethyl, trifluoroethyl, ethoxy and trifluoroethyloxy;
• or a salt or a solvate thereof.
