Droplet jet nozzle design

A nozzle assembly, comprising:

• a body having an internal surface forming an internal cavity within the body;
• a gas inlet disposed within the body;
• a fluid inlet disposed within the body;
• a nozzle shroud disposed within an internal cavity of the body, such that an annular gap is formed between the nozzle shroud and an internal surface of the internal cavity, the nozzle shroud comprising:
• an outlet channel comprising an outlet;
• one or more radial gas ports disposed at an angle to a central axis, through a shroud body, the one or more radial gas ports in fluid communication with a mixing region and the outlet;
• and
• an internal nozzle shroud face adjacent the mixing region;
• a fluid insert disposed within the nozzle shroud, opposite the outlet channel, the fluid insert comprising:
• a fluid cavity disposed through the fluid insert;
• and
• a fluid stem, the fluid stem fluidly connecting the fluid cavity to the mixing region.

A nozzle assembly, comprising:

• a gas inlet disposed within a body;
• a fluid inlet disposed within the body;
• an internal cavity formed within the body and in fluid communication with the gas inlet and the fluid inlet;
• a cap, the cap configured to enable sealing of one or more spaces disposed within the body, the cap comprises:
• a threaded region configured to screw into the body;
• and
• a cap seal configured to provide a fluid seal between the cap and the body;
• one or more rinse ports disposed within the body;
• and
• one or more rinse nozzles, each of the one or more rinse nozzles disposed on the body and fluidly connected to a corresponding one of the one or more rinse ports.
