Abstract

A model eye is disposed on a reference light path in order to obtain a good tomographic image. A model eye is disposed on a reference light path of reference light in a reference optical system so as to reflect or scatter the reference light at a model retina in order to form an interference optical system used to obtain interference light from the reference light of the reference optical system and signal light illuminated onto an examined eye in a signal optical system. This enables an increase in a difference between light paths of the reference light and the signal light to be prevented from increasing as an incident angle of the signal light with respect to the center of a pupil of the examined eye increases.

Dependent claims

An ophthalmic device comprising:

a splitting element that splits light from a light source into a signal light and a reference light;
a concave mirror disposed on a reference light path of the reference light and configured to reflect the reference light;
a first scanning element that scans the reference light along a surface of the concave mirror;
a second scanning element that is driven in synchronization with the scanning of the first scanning element and scans the signal light along an examined eye;
and
an interference optical system configured to obtain interference light from the reference light that has been scanned by the first scanning element and reflected on the concave mirror and the signal light that has been scanned by the second scanning element and has returned from the examined eye.
