Abstract
A machine includes a first implement, a first machine control component, and a control system which includes a memory and a processor in communication with the memory. The processor executes instructions stored in the memory to cause the control system to detect the first implement, determine whether a first configuration corresponding to the first implement is stored in the memory, and configure the first machine control component based on the first configuration when the first configuration is stored in the memory.
Claims20
A machine comprising:
- a first implement;
- a first machine control component;
- and
- a control system comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- a processor in communication with the memory and configured to execute instructions stored in the memory to cause the control system to:
- detect the first implement;
- determine whether a first configuration corresponding to the first implement is stored in the memory;
- and
- configure the first machine control component based on the first configuration when the first configuration is stored in the memory.
A control system comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- a processor in communication with the memory and configured to execute instructions stored in the memory to cause the control system to:
- detect a first implement of a machine;
- determine whether a first configuration corresponding to the first implement is stored in the memory;
- and
- configure a first machine control component based on the first configuration when the first configuration is stored in the memory.
A method for intuitive machine control component configuration comprising:
- detecting, by a control system of a machine, a first implement coupled to the machine;
- determining, by the control system, whether a first configuration corresponding to the first implement is stored in a memory;
- and
- configuring, by the control system, the first machine control component based on the first configuration when the first configuration is stored in the memory.
