Abstract
A lighting device disclosed in an embodiment of the invention includes a substrate; a plurality of light sources spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals on the substrate; a resin layer disposed on the substrate; a phosphor layer disposed on the resin layer and having a pattern layer including a concave portion and a convex portion formed on a surface facing the resin layer; and a diffusion layer disposed between the resin layer and the phosphor layer, wherein a thickness of the diffusion layer may be 10% or more and less than 50% of the maximum thickness of the phosphor layer.
Claims20
A lighting device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a plurality of light sources spaced apart from each other on the substrate;
- a resin layer disposed on the substrate and configured to seal the plurality of light sources;
- and
- a diffusion layer disposed on a surface of the resin layer;
- and
- a phosphor layer disposed on the surface of the resin layer,
- wherein the diffusion layer includes a plurality of first concave portions having a first depth from an upper surface of the diffusion layer,
- wherein at least one of the plurality of first concave portions has a different width in a first direction, and
- wherein an area of the upper surface of the diffusion layer is larger than an area of a bottom surface of the first concave portions.
