Device for preparing and dispensing active ingredient solutions

A device (100) for producing an active ingredient solution, preferably an antiseptic wound-irrigating solution, having:

• a connection element (101) which is designed and configured for liquid-tight connection to a container (200);
• a mandrel (102) designed and configured for piercing a septum (201) of a container;
• a reservoir (103) which contains an active ingredient (104) in solid form, and can be connected via an outlet (105) of the reservoir in a fluid-conducting manner to the connection
• element (101);
• a liquid-permeable filter (106) which is arranged at the outlet (105) of the reservoir, and is configured to retain the active ingredient (104) in solid form in the reservoir (103);
• a fluidic element (107) which is configured to receive a liquid (202) from a container (200) into the reservoir (103), and/or is configured to dispense a liquid (202) from the reservoir (103);
• wherein the device (100) is designed and configured to receive a liquid (202) from a container (200) into the reservoir, to dissolve the active ingredient (104) in the liquid (202), and to dispense the dissolved active ingredient to a patient via the connection element(101).
