• the planet carrier comprises an output shaft having a first coupling part configured to be in circumferential transmission connection with a second coupling part connected to a second driving shaft of the reciprocating motion structure;
• the reciprocating motion structure further comprises a rotating body, the second driving shaft in circumferential transmission connection with the rotating body, a track is formed on a circumference of the rotating body, the track engages with a driving member to convert a rotation of the rotating body driven by the second driving shaft into a reciprocation of the driving member, and the driving member is connected to the blade.
