Abstract
Anti-B7-H4 antibodies are disclosed. Also disclosed are related nucleic acids, vectors, cells, kits, and pharmaceutical compositions. Methods of treating cancer with the anti-B7-H4 antibodies are also disclosed.

An antibody that binds to human B7-H4, wherein the antibody comprises a light chain variable region (VL) comprising a VL CDR1, a VL CDR2, and a VL CDR3, wherein:
- the VL CDR1 comprises the amino acid sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs:1-12;
- the VL CDR2 comprises the amino acid sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs:13-17;
- the VL CDR3 comprises the amino acid sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs:18-22;
- the VH CDR1 comprises the amino acid sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs:23-43;
- the VH CDR2 comprises the amino acid sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs:44-89;
- and the VH CDR3 comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:90.
