Resin composition for ultraviolet curing hard coating containing electrically conductive polymer and production method therefore

A resin composition for an ultraviolet curing hard coating, said resin composition comprising:

• an electrically conductive polymer that contains polythiophene (A) including at least two structural units each of which is at least one selected from the group consisting of a structural unit represented by a general formula (1) below and a structural unit represented by a general formula (2) below;
• an ultraviolet curable resin (B);
• and
• a solvent (C),
• where, in the general formula (1), M+ represents a hydrogen ion, an alkali metal ion, a conjugate acid of an amine compound, or a quaternary ammonium cation, and in the general formulae (1) and (2), R represents an organic group that has 1 to 14 carbon atoms in total and has at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of a sulfonic acid group and a phosphonic acid group.
