Abstract
Various implementations described herein are directed to a modular post of an integrated construction system. In one implementation, the modular post includes a longitudinal extruded post having a first end and a second end. Each end of the longitudinal extruded post is configured to receive a post end component. The longitudinal extruded post includes a plurality of grooves cut into the longitudinal extruded post at predetermined locations along the post.
Claims20
A modular post of a shoring system, comprising:
- a post end component;
- and
- a longitudinal extruded post configured to be slidably engaged with an inner portion of at least one fitting ring and having:
- a first end and a second end, each end of the longitudinal extruded post being coupled to the post end component by fitting within an inner portion of the post end component;
- and
- a groove in the longitudinal extruded post;
- wherein the longitudinal extruded post includes a first rib longitudinally parallel with the longitudinal extruded post, and
- wherein the post end component includes a second rib, longitudinally parallel with the longitudinal extruded post and, negatively corresponding to the first rib.
