Abstract
An acetylsalicylic acid derivative and an application thereof. The present disclosure relates to the field of chemical pharmaceuticals, and in particular, to a compound shown in formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.

A pharmaceutical composition as a transdermal dosage form or a transmucosal dosage form, comprising a therapeutically effective amount of the compound represented by Formula (1):
- wherein R1 and R2 each independently represent H, unsubstituted C1-C30 alkyl, unsubstituted C1-C30 alkoxy, unsubstituted C2-C30 alkenyl, unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl, unsubstituted C7-C30 aralkyl, or unsubstituted C3-C30 cycloalkyl, or R1 and R2 form 4-, 5-, 6-or 7-membered heterocycle, together with the N to which they are linked;
- R3 represents unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl;
- n represents an integer of 0-20,
- or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A method of treating acetylsalicylic acid indications or anti-platelet aggregation, or preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, comprising the step of applying the compound represented by Formula (1) or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt in a transdermal dosage form or a transmucosal dosage form to a subject to be treated:
- wherein R1 and R2 each independently represent H, unsubstituted C1-C30 alkyl, unsubstituted C1-C30 alkoxy, unsubstituted C2-C30 alkenyl, unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl, unsubstituted C7-C30 aralkyl, or unsubstituted C3-C30 cycloalkyl, or R1 and R2 form 4-, 5-, 6-or 7-membered heterocycle, together with the N to which they are linked;
- R3 represents unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl;
- n represents an integer of 0-20.
