Abstract

The disclosure relates to a light treatment apparatus for treating vascular lesions, and provides a light treatment apparatus for treating vascular lesions, the apparatus including a light generating unit; and a setting unit configured to set a pulse pattern of treatment light generated in the light generating unit, wherein a single pulse mode for irradiating treatment light including a single pulse, and a sub-pulse mode for irradiating treatment light including a plurality of sub-pulses are set through the setting unit. According to the disclosure, the treatment light having various pulse waveforms is irradiated by one apparatus, and thus effective treatment is possible using the treatment light having an appropriate pulse waveform in consideration of the sizes of blood vessels, the locations of lesions, a patient's skin conditions, etc.
