Abstract
Systems and methods for cooling a datacenter are disclosed. In at least one embodiment, fins are provided within a cold plate and are adjustable to control an amount of surface area of the fins to be exposed to a fluid and to be cooled by the fluid based, at least in part, upon a temperature associated with the fluid or with at least one computing device.
Claims15
A processor comprising one or more circuits, the one or more circuits to determine a temperature associated with at least one computing device, the processor to cause a plurality of fins within a cold plate to be adjustable to control an amount of surface area of the plurality of fins to be exposed to a fluid and to be cooled by the fluid.
A processor comprising one or more circuits, the one or more circuits to train one or more neural networks to infer, from sensor inputs of sensors associated with at least one computing device, that a change in a cooling requirement has occurred, the processor to cause a plurality of fins within a cold plate to be adjustable to control an amount of surface area of the plurality of fins to be exposed to a fluid and to be cooled by the fluid.
A processor comprising one or more circuits, the one or more circuits to comprise one or more neural networks to infer, from sensor inputs of sensors associated with at least one computing device, that a change in a cooling requirement has occurred, the processor to cause a plurality of fins within a cold plate to be adjustable to control an amount of surface area of the plurality of fins to be exposed to a fluid and to be cooled by the fluid.
