Wireless communication method, terminal device and network device

A terminal device, comprising:

• a processor and a memory for storing a computer program, wherein the processor is configured to call and execute the computer program stored in the memory to:
• receive a first signaling;
• wherein the first signaling comprises first information and second information, the first information is used to configure a first timer corresponding to a band width part (BWP), and the second information is used to configure a second timer corresponding to a common frequency resource (CFR);
• or the first signaling comprises third information, the third information is used to configure the first timer corresponding to the BWP and the second timer corresponding to the CFR.

A network device, comprising:

• comprising a processor and a memory for storing a computer program, wherein the processor is configured to call and execute the computer program stored in the memory to:
• send a first signaling to a terminal device;
• wherein the first signaling comprises first information and second information, the first information is used to configure a first timer corresponding to a band width part (BWP), and the second information is used to configure a second timer corresponding to a common frequency resource (CFR);
• or the first signaling comprises third information, the third information is used to configure the first timer corresponding to the BWP and the second timer corresponding to the CFR.
