Electronic device comprising camera and electronic device control method

An electronic device comprising:

• a housing;
• a camera disposed inside the housing;
• a door disposed with respect to a lens of the camera;
• a driving unit configured to slidably move the door so as to uncover or cover the lens of the camera, wherein the driving unit comprises a linear actuator;
• a display;
• and
• at least one processor electrically connected to the camera, the driving unit and the display,
• wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
• in response to reception of a first input while the door is covering the lens of the camera, transmit a control signal to the driving unit to slidably move the door so as to uncover the lens, and
• control the display to display an indication of the lens of the camera being uncovered by the door according to the lens of the camera being uncovered by movement of the door in response to the first input.
