Content interaction system and method

A system, comprising:

• an interactive content system;
• a presence detection element coupled to the interactive content system having a processor that executes a plurality of lines of instructions that configure the processor to:
• capture data about one or more persons adjacent to a piece of smart furniture of the interaction content system;
• determine an identity of each person and an emotional state of each person;
• and
• recommend, based on a profile of a particular person and the emotional state of the particular person, at least one piece of interactive content for the particular person adjacent to a piece of smart furniture of the interaction content system, wherein the recommended piece of interactive content has at least one sense bug that triggers a sense response.
