Abstract
A content interaction system and method allow a user to simultaneously interact with a piece of content using three, four or five senses (such as sound, sight and smell in one example) of the user. In one embodiment, the content interaction system may have a plurality of devices wherein the user may integrate one or more of the devices together.
Claims12
A method, comprising,
- retrieving content, by a content encoding engine for senses;
- encoding, by the content encoding engine for senses, at least one scene of a plurality of scenes in the retrieved content to insert a sense bug that is activatable to dispense a sense response;
- and
- wherein encoding each scene further comprising identifying, using machine learning, each scene in the retrieved content likely to be enhanced by the sense response, encoding, in each identified scene using a large language model, a hotspot indicating that the sense response occurs either involuntarily or with user interaction at the identified scene with the encoded hotspot and generating the sense bug associated with the hotspot that indicates a sense device of the plurality of sense devices of a sense interaction system to be activated at the hotspot when the sense response occurs and an expected response from the indicated sense device, wherein the sense response is one of a smell sense response and a taste sense response.

A system, comprising:
- a computer-based sense interaction system having a content encoder;
- a content storage device connected to the computer-based sense interaction system;
- the content encoder of the computer-based sense interaction system configured to:
- retrieve content for senses from the content storage;
- identify, using machine learning, each scene in the retrieved content likely to be enhanced by a sense response;
- encode, in each identified scene using a large language model, a hotspot indicating that the sense response occurs either involuntarily or with user interaction at the scene with the encoded hotspot;
- and
- generate a sense bug associated with the hotspot that indicates the sense response to be activated at the hotspot when the sense response occurs and an expected sense response, wherein the sense response to be activated is one of a smell sense response and a taste sense response.
