Abstract
A chatbot system for filtering conversation content. A chatbot system receives, from a client system, a prompt of a user during an interactive session. The chatbot system filters the prompt of the user based on a set of platform policies and generates a response based on the filtering of the prompt of the user, and communicates the response to the client system.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- receiving, by one or more processors, from a client system, a prompt of a user during an interactive session;
- filtering, by the one or more processors, the prompt of the user based on a set of platform policies;
- generating, by the one or more processors, a response based on the filtering of the prompt of the user;
- and
- communicating, by the one or more processors, to the client system, the response.
A machine comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the machine to perform operations comprising:
- receiving from a client system, a prompt of a user during an interactive session;
- filtering the prompt of the user based on a set of platform policies;
- generating a response based on the filtering of the prompt of the user;
- and
- communicating, to the client system, the response.
A machine-readable medium storing executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the machine to perform operations comprising:
- receiving from a client system, a prompt of a user during an interactive session;
- filtering the prompt of the user based on a set of platform policies;
- generating a response based on the filtering of the prompt of the user;
- and
- communicating, to the client system, the response.
