• a first anode mixture layer on at least one surface of the current collector;

• a second anode mixture layer on the first anode mixture layer,
• wherein the first anode mixture layer and the second anode mixture layer include a carbon-based active material, respectively,
• the second anode mixture layer includes a silicon-based active material, and
• in the anode, an upper and lower layer unit capacity ratio (Ruc) according to Equation 1 is 1.1 or more:
