A method of searching for novel diagnostic biomarkers and/or therapeutic targets, comprising performing a topic analysis using a topic model on an omics database derived from two or more biofeatures linked to information indicating a disease name, to estimate missing biofeatures for a particular disease, wherein the estimated missing biofeatures suggest the novel diagnostic biomarkers and/or therapeutic targets, is provided.

A method of searching for novel diagnostic biomarkers and/or therapeutic targets, comprising
- performing a topic analysis using a topic model on an omics database derived from two or more biofeatures linked to information indicating a disease name to estimate missing biofeatures for a particular disease, wherein
- the estimated missing biofeatures suggest the novel diagnostic biomarkers and/or therapeutic targets.
A device of searching for novel diagnostic biomarkers and/or therapeutic targets provided with a control unit, wherein
- the control unit performs a topic analysis using a topic model on an omics database derived from two or more biofeatures linked to information indicating a disease name to estimate missing biofeatures for a particular disease, wherein
- the estimated missing biofeatures suggest the novel diagnostic biomarkers and/or therapeutic targets.
A program of searching for novel diagnostic biomarkers and/or therapeutic targets that, when executed by a computer, causes the computer to execute a step of performing a topic analysis using a topic model on an omics database derived from two or more biofeatures linked to information indicating a disease name to estimate missing biofeatures for a particular disease, wherein
