Abstract
This patent document provides a conditioning formulation or composition containing a rheology modifying polymer and optionally one or more of a dispersant, a thickener, a gelling agent, a glue or resin, a wetting agent, a buffer, an anti-foam agent, and soil amendments. Also disclosed is the use of the formulation for optimizing the soil or sand surface of a field.
Claims21
A method of optimizing soil or sand surface of a field, comprising applying a formulation to the field, wherein the formulation comprises an effective amount of one or more rheology modifying polymers, wherein the one or more rheology modifying polymers are selected from the group consisting of alginate, carboxymethylcellulose, cellulose gum, copovidone, galactasol guar, guar gum, gum arabic, hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, poly-methacrylic acid, polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acid, polyanionic cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycols, polyvinyl ether polymers, polyvinylpyrrolidones, sodium acrylate polymer, sodium carrageenan, and xanthan gum.
