Method concerning the application of a sole obtained bending the edges of a flat non-trimmed sole on an upper for obtaining a shoe and a thus obtained shoe

A shoe comprising:

• an upper and a sole, wherein said sole comprises a central part and an edge portion which is perimetrically extended from said central part, wherein said central part is placed during use at a sole of a foot of the user and has an extension substantially corresponding to or slightly greater than the sole of the foot of the user,
• wherein said edge portion covers, encloses and is applied along at least part of a perimeter portion of said upper, and
• wherein the shoe comprises at least one curling zone formed from said edge portion being bent and/or curled and affixed in such bent and/or curled configuration along said upper, wherein said at least one curling zone has an irregular form, size and/or thickness.
