Disclosed herein is a method of sealing a substrate optionally including a step (1) of applying a primer composition, and including a step (2) of applying a sealant composition, which is obtained by mixing components (A) and (B) of a 2K-sealing system with each other, where an organosilane constituent including at least one hydrolyzable group X, at least one NCO-group and a spacer unit including a moiety MS including in turn at least one sulfur atom and being positioned between X and the NCO-group, is at least present. Further disclosed herein are a sealed substrate obtained by this method, a method of using the organosilane constituent for adhesion enhancement, a sealant composition, a 2K sealing system, and an organosilane constituent.
A method of sealing an optionally pre-coated substrate comprising
A method of using the organosilane constituent of claim 15 the method comprising using the organosilane constituent for enhancing the adhesion of the primer composition or of a sealant composition to an optionally pre-coated substrate once applied to at least a portion of its surface.
A sealant composition obtained by mixing components of a sealing system with each other, said sealing system being a two-component (2K) sealing system comprising two components (A) and (B) being separate from each other,
A two-component (2K) sealing system comprising components (A) and (B), being separate from each other, wherein component (A) of said sealing system comprises the at least one organosilane constituent of claim 15.
An organosilane constituent, optionally incorporated into a primer composition, the organosilane constituent comprising
