Abstract
A utility vehicle with ergonomic, safety, and maintenance features is disclosed. A vehicle is also disclosed with improved cooling, suspension and drive systems. These features enhance the utility of the vehicle.

An off-road utility vehicle, said vehicle comprising:
- a frame;
- a plurality of ground engaging members supporting the frame;
- an operator area comprising:
- a dashboard;
- and
- a seat;
- and
- a drivetrain assembly comprising:
- a transmission mid-mounted to the frame such that the transmission is disposed at least partially beneath the seat;
- and
- at least one drive shaft;
- and
- an engine mounted to the frame forward of the seat and operatively coupled to the transmission, the engine operable to provide motive force to the at least one of the plurality of ground engaging members via the transmission and the at least one drive shaft.
