Abstract
An apparatus for use with braces or aligners includes a member of flexible material that includes at least one ingredient to improve oral care during treatment with braces or aligners. The material comprises a single layer of a hydrogel material. The flexible member has adhesive properties to permit application over the teeth, braces, gums, soft tissues, and/or aligners positioned in the mouth, and remains in place in the mouth for about 30 minutes or more.
Claims20
An apparatus for use with braces or aligners comprising:
- a member of flexible material that includes at least one ingredient to improve oral care during treatment with braces or aligners, said material comprising a single layer of a hydrogel material;
- wherein the flexible member has adhesive properties to permit application over the teeth, braces, gums, soft tissues, and/or aligners positioned in the mouth, and to remain in place for about 30 minutes or more, 45 minutes or more, or 60 minutes or more.
An apparatus for use in the mouth during orthodontia treatment comprising:
- a flexible member made of a dissolvable polymer including ingredients that are beneficial to the mouth during orthodontia treatment.
