Organic light emitting diode display device and method of fabricating the same

A method of fabricating an organic light emitting diode display device, comprising:

• forming an interlayer insulating layer on a substrate;
• forming a trench between first and second subpixels in the interlayer insulating layer;
• forming a first electrode in each of the first and second subpixels on the interlayer insulating layer;
• forming a bank layer covering an edge portion of the first electrode and exposing a central portion of the first electrode;
• sequentially forming an emitting layer and a second electrode on the bank layer and the first electrode exposed through the bank layer, the emitting layer and the second electrode divided into the first and second subpixels over the trench in the interlayer insulating layer;
• and
• forming a passivation layer on the second electrode, the passivation layer wrapping the emitting layer and the second electrode.
