Apparatuses, systems, and techniques including APIs to enable one or more fifth generation new radio (5G-NR) network components to write, read, send, transmit, load, or otherwise obtain packaging, synchronization, and/or management information. For example, a processor comprising one or more circuits to perform an application programming interface (API) to cause fifth generation new radio (5G-NR) packaging, synchronization, or management information to be indicated to one or more accelerators.

A processor comprising:
- one or more circuits to perform an application programming interface (API) to cause one or more graphics processing units (GPUs) to load synchronization information from storage.
A system, comprising memory to store instructions that, as a result of performance by one or more processors, cause the system to perform an application programming interface (API) to cause one or more graphics processing units (GPUs) to load synchronization information from storage.
A method comprising:
- performing an application programming interface (API) to cause one or more graphics processing units (GPUs) to load synchronization information from storage.
