Abstract
A synchronous communication apparatus includes an output unit configured to output a current time for synchronizing with another communication apparatus, a generation unit configured to generate a synchronous pulse at a predetermined frequency, and a change unit configured to, if a set time that is set as a time at which the generation unit starts generation of the synchronous pulse is not a time later than the current time, change the set time to a time later than the current time.
Claims11
A synchronous communication apparatus comprising:
- an output unit configured to output a current time for synchronizing with another communication apparatus;
- a generation unit configured to generate a synchronous pulse at a predetermined frequency;
- and
- a change unit configured to, if a set time that is set as a time at which the generation unit starts generation of the synchronous pulse is not a time later than the current time, change the set time to a time later than the current time.
A control method of a synchronous communication apparatus including an output unit configured to output a current time for synchronizing with another communication apparatus and a generation unit configured to generate a synchronous pulse at a predetermined frequency, the control method comprising:
- generating the synchronous pulse at the predetermined frequency by the generation unit;
- and
- if a set time that is set as a time at which the generation unit starts generation of the synchronous pulse is not a time later than the current time, changing the set time to a time later than the current time.
A non-transitory storage medium storing a program causing a synchronous communication apparatus including an output unit configured to output a current time for synchronizing with another communication apparatus and a generation unit configured to generate a synchronous pulse at a predetermined frequency to execute a control method, the control method comprising:
- generating the synchronous pulse at the predetermined frequency by the generation unit;
- and
- if a set time that is set as a time at which the generation unit starts generation of the synchronous pulse is not a time later than the current time, changing the set time to a time later than the current time.
