Abstract
Apparatuses and method for channel state information (CSI) reporting. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a configuration about a channel state information (CSI) report. The configuration indicates (i) a value of N4, (ii) a value of paramCombination indicating values of three parameters, and (iii) a codebookType. The method further includes determining the CSI report based on the configuration and transmitting the CSI report. Here, N4 is a number of time-domain (TD) slot intervals.
Claims20
A user equipment (UE) comprising:
- a transceiver configured to receive a configuration about a channel state information (CSI) report, the configuration indicating (i) a value of N4, (ii) a value of paramCombination indicating values of three parameters, and (iii) a codebookType;
- and
- a processor operably coupled to the transceiver, the processor, based on the configuration, configured to determine the CSI report,
- wherein the transceiver is further configured to transmit the CSI report, and
- wherein N4 is a number of time-domain (TD) slot intervals.
A base station (BS) comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a transceiver operably coupled to the processor, the transceiver configured to:
- transmit a configuration about a channel state information (CSI) report, the configuration indicating (i) a value of N4, (ii) a value of paramCombination indicating values of three parameters, and (iii) a codebookType;
- and
- receive the CSI report,
- wherein N4 is a number of time-domain (TD) slot intervals.
A method performed by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:
- receiving a configuration about a channel state information (CSI) report, the configuration indicating (i) a value of N4, (ii) a value of paramCombination indicating values of three parameters, and (iii) a codebookType;
- determining the CSI report based on the configuration;
- and
- transmitting the CSI report,
- wherein N4 is a number of time-domain (TD) slot intervals.
