Image sensor including color separating lens array and electronic device including the image sensor

An electronic device comprising:

• an imaging device configured to focus light reflected from an object to form an optical image;
• and
• an image sensor configured to convert the optical image formed by the imaging device into an electrical signal,
• wherein the image sensor comprises:
• a sensor substrate comprising first photosensitive cells and second photosensitive cells configured to sense light;
• and
• a color separating lens array comprising first regions and second regions respectively corresponding to the first photosensitive cells and the second photosensitive cells, the first regions and second regions respectively comprising nanoposts configured to separate, from light incident on the color separating lens array, light of a first wavelength and light of a second wavelength different from the first wavelength, and focus the light of the first wavelength and the light of the second wavelength respectively on the first photosensitive cells and the second photosensitive cells, the nanoposts in the first regions and the second regions comprising a first nanopost and a second nanopost provided on the first nanopost, the second nanopost being aligned with the first nanopost at a center of the image sensor and shifted toward the center of the image sensor with respect to the first nanopost at a peripheral portion of the image sensor.
