An image processing method performed by a computer, the image processing method comprising:

• acquiring each captured image which captures an examination target by an imaging unit provided on an endoscope;
• calculating a score concerning a likelihood of an existence of a point of interest in captured images based on a plurality of captured images which are in a time series;
• and
• classifying the plurality of captured images based on the score.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program, the program causing a computer to perform a process comprising:

• acquiring each captured image which captures an examination target by an imaging unit provided on an endoscope;
• calculating a score concerning a likelihood of an existence of a point of interest in captured images based on a plurality of captured images which are in a time series;
• and
• classifying the plurality of captured images based on the score.
