System and Method for Verifying and Protecting Personal Identifiable Information

A computing device, comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations including:
• establishing a PII profile for a user;
• generating a dynamically updatable PII profile graphical user interface (GUI) configured to receive user input corresponding to a verification decision of a data point of the PII profile;
• receiving the user input corresponding to the verification decision of the data;
• when the user input confirms that the data point corresponds to the user, maintaining the data point in the PII profile;
• and
• when the user input rejects the data point as not corresponding to the user, removing the data point from the PII profile.

A non-transitory computer readable medium having stored thereon instructions that, when processed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations including:

• establishing a PII profile for a user;
• generating a dynamically updatable PII profile graphical user interface (GUI) configured to receive user input corresponding to a verification decision of a data point of the PII profile;
• receiving the user input corresponding to the verification decision of the data;
• when the user input confirms that the data point corresponds to the user, maintaining the data point in the PII profile;
• and
• when the user input rejects the data point as not corresponding to the user, removing the data point from the PII profile.
