Abstract
Systems and methods are disclosed including a memory device and a processing device operatively coupled to the memory device. The processing device can perform operations comprising receiving a write command comprising host data, determining an operating temperature value of the memory device, and programming, to the memory device, the host data and a value reflecting the operating temperature.

A system comprising:
- a memory device;
- and
- a processing device, operatively coupled to the memory device, to perform operations comprising:
- receiving a write command comprising host data;
- determining an operating temperature value of the memory device;
- and
- programming, to the memory device, the host data and a value reflecting the operating temperature.
A method, comprising:
- receiving, by a processor, a write command comprising host data;
- determining an operating temperature value of a memory device;
- and
- programming, to the memory device, the host data and a value reflecting the operating temperature.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed by a processing device, cause the processing device to perform operations comprising:
- receiving a write command comprising host data;
- determining an operating temperature value of a memory device;
