An image processing system comprising:

• a terminal apparatus;
• and
• an image processing apparatus configured to perform image processing comprising printing and/or scanning,
• wherein the image processing apparatus comprises:
• a first display comprising a window configured to display a code;
• and
• a first controller configured to cause the first display to display, based on occurrence of an error in the image processing apparatus, the code obtained by encoding text describing information related to content of the error in a natural language and/or an error identifier associated with the text, and
• the terminal apparatus comprises:
• a second display;
• and
• an imager configured to image the code displayed on the first display, and
• a second controller configured to acquire the text, based on the code imaged by the imager without acquiring the text via the Internet, and cause the second display to display error information comprising the acquired text.
