A cooling yarn includes a plurality of filaments. At least one of the filaments include polyethylene. A size of each one of the filaments is less than 8 denier. A size of the yarn is less than or equal to 300 denier.

A yarn comprising:
- a plurality of filaments, wherein at least one of the filaments include polyethylene,
- wherein a size of each of the filaments is less than 8 denier;
- and
- wherein a size of the yarn is less than or equal to 300 denier.

- a first yarn including a plurality of filaments, wherein at least one of the filaments include polyethylene, wherein a size of each of the filaments is less than 8 denier, and wherein a size of the first yarn is less than or equal to 300 denier;
- and
- a second yarn blended with the first yarn, wherein the second yarn is different from the first yarn.
