Claims18
A kit comprising a Fab wherein the Fab comprises a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1 and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:2.
A kit comprising a Fab wherein the Fab comprises a heavy chain having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1 and a light chain having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:2.
A kit comprising a Fab wherein the Fab comprises a heavy chain consisting of the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1 and a light chain consisting of the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:2.
A method of treating a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a Fab comprising, having, or consisting of a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1 and a light chain comprising, having, or consisting of the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:2, wherein the subject has asthma, sepsis, septic shock, rheumatoid arthritis, COPD overlap syndrome (ACOS), chronic bronchitis, emphysema, chronic rhinosinusitis with or without nasal polyps, vasculitis, GvHD, uveitis, chronic idiopathic urticaria, sinusitis or pancreatitis.
