Abstract
The invention provides new polymorphs of N-[(3-fluoro-4-methoxypyridin-2-yl)methyl]-3-(methoxymethyl)-1-({4-[(2-oxopyridin-1-yl)methyl]phenyl}methyl)pyrazole-4-carboxamide and salts thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy.

A crystalline form of N-[(3-fluoro-4-methoxypyridin-2-yl)methyl]-3-(methoxymethyl)-1-({4-[(2-oxopyridin-1-yl)methyl]phenyl }methyl)pyrazole-4-carboxamide which exhibits at least the following characteristic X-ray powder diffraction peaks (Cu Kα radiation, expressed in degrees 2θ) at approximately 4.7, 9.5, 10.9, 15.3, and 19.9.
A crystalline form of N-[(3-fluoro-4-methoxypyridin-2-yl)methyl]-3-(methoxymethyl)-1-({4-[(2-oxopyridin-1-yl) methyl]phenyl }methyl)pyrazole-4-carboxamide which exhibits at least the following characteristic X-ray powder diffraction peaks (Cu Kα radiation, expressed in degrees 2θ) at approximately 5.0, 10.2, 12.7, 14.8, 16.4.
