Abstract

There is provided a laminate containing polyethylene and having recyclability, the laminate having excellent heat resistance or strength, and a package and a packaged article including the laminate. The laminate (10A1) includes a substrate layer (1), an adhesive agent layer (3), and a sealant layer (2) in this order, the substrate layer (1) and the sealant layer (2) containing polyethylene, the substrate layer (1) having a crystallinity of 35% or more, the crystallinity being a ratio of a crystal peak area to a total peak area, the crystallinity being measured at a diffraction angle in a range of 10° to 30° by a parallel beam method of X-ray diffraction.
