• a housing,
• a first pole, said first pole structurally disposed inside said housing and proximal to a first end of said housing,
• a second pole, said second pole structurally disposed inside said housing and at a first distance away from said first pole,
• said first pole and said second pole structurally disposed to allow for the transfer of radiofrequency energy between said first pole and said second pole, and
• an isolation plate, said isolation plate structurally disposed between said first pole and said second pole.

A medical device for skin tightening, facial contouring, and body contouring comprising:

• a housing,
• a first pole, said first pole structurally disposed inside said housing and proximal to a first end of said housing,
• a second pole, said second pole structurally disposed inside said housing and at a first distance away from said first pole,
• said first pole and said second pole structurally disposed to allow for the transfer of radiofrequency energy between said first pole and said second pole,
• an isolation plate, said isolation plate structurally disposed between said first pole and said second pole, and
• at least one sensor, said at least one sensor structurally configured to collect intraoperative data.
