Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a method of treating a glioblastoma by conjointly administering to a subject an antibody-drug conjugate comprising a BCL-xL inhibitor and a second therapy such as an alkylating agent, irradiation, or an MCL-1 inhibitor.

A method of treating a glioblastoma, comprising conjointly administering to a subject in need thereof an antibody-drug conjugate and a second therapy selected from an alkylating agent, irradiation, or an MCL-1 inhibitor, wherein the antibody-drug conjugate comprises a BCL-xL inhibitor.
