Abstract
The present invention is directed to a method for increasing immunization efficiency of a subject to a pathogen, including administering a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition including: (a) a heat labile toxin subunit B (LTB) polypeptide or a functional analog thereof, and (b) an immunogenic polypeptide derived from the pathogen.

A method for increasing immunization efficiency of a subject to a pathogen, the method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- a. a heat labile toxin subunit B (LTB) polypeptide or a functional analog thereof;
- and
- b. an immunogenic polypeptide derived from said pathogen,
- thereby, increasing immunization efficiency of a subject to the pathogen.
