Abstract
Provided herein are stable, aqueous, non-lyophilized formulations of L-asparaginase. Also provided herein are methods of using such formulations in the treatment of one or more diseases, disorders, or conditions (for example, cancers such as Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) or Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (LBL)) that are treatable by asparagine depletion.
Claims28
An aqueous, non-lyophilized formulation, comprising:
- (i) an L-asparaginase, wherein the L-asparaginase comprises four monomer units, wherein each monomer unit has an amino acid sequence that is at least about 70% identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 1;
- and
- (ii) one or more stabilizers, or one or more buffers, or any combination thereof.

A method of treating a disease, condition, or disorder that is treatable by asparagine depletion in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject an aqueous, non-lyophilized formulation, comprising:
- i) an L-asparaginase, wherein the L-asparaginase comprises four monomer units, wherein each monomer unit has an amino acid sequence that is at least about 70% identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 1;
- and
- ii) one or more stabilizers, or one or more buffers, or any combination thereof.

A kit, comprising:
- a) an aqueous, non-lyophilized formulation, comprising:
- i) an L-asparaginase, wherein the L-asparaginase comprises four monomer units, wherein each monomer unit has an amino acid sequence that is at least about 70% identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 1, and
- ii) one or more stabilizers, or one or more buffers, or any combination thereof;
