Water soluble formulations containing coenzyme-q10 and ashwagandha root extract

A formulation comprising:

• (i) an alcohol-extracted ashwagandha root extract water-solubilized with at least one solubilizing agent of Formula (I):
• wherein
• X is a residue of a hydrophobic moiety selected from sterols, tocopherols and derivatives thereof;
• Y is a residue of a hydrophilic moiety selected from polyalcohols, polyethers and derivatives thereof;
• m is 0 or 1;
• n is an integer of from 0 to 18;
• p is 1 or 2;
• and
• q is 1 or 2.

A formulation comprising:

• (i) Coenzyme-Q10 water-solubilized with at least one solubilizing agent of Formula (I):
• wherein
• X is a residue of a hydrophobic moiety selected from sterols, tocopherols and derivatives thereof;
• Y is a residue of a hydrophilic moiety selected from polyalcohols, polyethers and derivatives thereof;
• m is 0 or 1;
• n is an integer of from 0 to 18;
• p is 1 or 2;
• and
• q is 1 or 2;
• and
• (ii) an alcohol-extracted ashwagandha root extract water-solubilized with at least one solubilizing agent of Formula (I).
