Abstract
The present disclosure relates generally to a topical composition comprising a therapeutically effective combination of (i) cromoglycic acid, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (ii) hyaluronic acid, or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof (HA), which is suitable for nasal administration for the treatment of inflammation and wounds.

A topical composition comprising a therapeutically effective combination of (i) cromoglycic acid, or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof, and (ii) hyaluronic acid, or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof (HA).
The composition or device of 22, wherein the additional therapeutic agent is selected from the group consisting of a steroid, an antibiotic and an antimicrobial peptide (AMP) or a fusion protein comprising same.
Use of a therapeutically effective combination of (i) cromoglycic acid, or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof, and (ii) hyaluronic acid, or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof (HA) in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a condition associated with inflammation in a subject in need thereof.
Use of a therapeutically effective combination of (i) cromoglycic acid, or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof, and (ii) hyaluronic acid, or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof (HA) in the manufacture of a medicament for promoting wound healing in a subject in need thereof.
