Combination treatment for melanoma

A method of treating melanoma in a human or animal patient, who has previously received immunotherapy, in need of such treatment, comprising administering to said patient an effective amount of an ATR inhibitor in combination with an effective amount of an immune checkpoint inhibitor.

A kit comprising:

• a. a first pharmaceutical composition comprising an ATR inhibitor and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient;
• b. a second pharmaceutical composition comprising an immune checkpoint inhibitor and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient;
• and instructions for the use of the use of the first and second pharmaceutical compositions in the treatment of melanoma in a patient who has previously received immunotherapy.
