Blood pressure and autoregulation monitoring

A method, comprising:

• accessing, using processing circuitry, a kernel and blood pressure values of a signal:
• determining, using the processing circuitry, one or more signal features by convolving the kernel and the blood pressure values of the signal;
• and
• determining, using the processing circuitry, a set of mean arterial pressure values based on the blood pressure values of the signal and the one or more signal features.

A system, comprising:

• processing circuitry:
• memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processing circuitry, cause the processing circuitry to:
• access a kernel and blood pressure values of a signal:
• convolve the kernel and the blood pressure values of the signal to generate a convolved signal:
• determine one or more signal features based on the convolved signal;
• and
• determine a set of mean arterial pressure values based on the blood pressure values of the signal and the one or more signal features.
