Abstract
A method for producing an LGPS-type solid electrolyte mixing Li3PS4 crystals having an average grain size (D50) of 0.1 to 5 μm and crystals that are formed of Li, Sn and S to produce a precursor, while having an average grain size (D50) of 0.1 to 5 μm; and subjecting the precursor to heat treatment at 300 to 700° C.

A method for producing an LGPS-based solid electrolyte, which comprises:
- mixing Li3PS4 crystals having an average particle diameter (D50) of 0.1 to 5 μm with crystals that are formed of Li, Sn and S, the crystals having an average particle diameter (D50) of 0.1 to 5 μm, to prepare a precursor;
- and
- heating the precursor at 300 to 700° C.
