Abstract
At least one processor included in an information processing apparatus carries out: a first calculation process of calculating a second solution which converges to a first solution of an optimization problem under a constraint condition that has been set in advance; and a second calculation process of calculating, by referring to the first solution as well as the second solution, a progress level of optimization calculation. This makes it possible to support decision making of a user.
Claims9
An information processing apparatus comprising at least one processor, the at least one processor carrying out:
- a first calculation process of calculating a second solution which converges to a first solution of an optimization problem under a constraint condition that has been set in advance;
- and
- a second calculation process of calculating, by referring to the first solution as well as the second solution calculated by the first calculation process, a progress level of optimization calculation carried out by the first calculation process.
An information processing method comprising:
- calculating, by at least one processor, a second solution which converges to a first solution of an optimization problem under a constraint condition that has been set in advance;
- and
- calculating, by the at least one processor referring to the first solution as well as the second solution calculated in the calculating of a second solution, a progress level of optimization calculation carried out in the calculating of a second solution.
A computer-readable non-transitory storage medium storing a program for causing a computer to function as an information processing apparatus, the program causing the computer to carry out:
- a first calculation process of calculating a second solution which converges to a first solution of an optimization problem under a constraint condition that has been set in advance;
- and
- a second calculation process of calculating, by referring to the first solution as well as the second solution calculated by the first calculation process, a progress level of optimization calculation carried out by the first calculation process.
